Well all those things give me an advantage if i choose to use them (PLH and fitting tools that is). But if you read the rules it specificaly says "everything that gives you an unfair advantage". That said, I hate the default layouts ISboxer has available - I don't like the client resolutions constantly. I've decided to try out Isboxer because as I'm adding more accounts, the cpu management features are super useful. If you couldn't use them you would have to either calculate your fittings yourself with all the skills you have or have not. Start off by downloading EVE-O Preview from the Eve Online forums, unzip the download and then install the program. If CCP would disable the function to copy a player's name in the clipboard with CTRL+C the tool would be useless for me immediatly. For your chosen layout there, you will probably need to put up with the odd stretch.
